Quotes
Quotes are given in writing after assessment and are valid for 30 days. The agreed price does not change unless you approve additional work in writing.
Scheduling
Arrival windows are estimates. Emergency dispatch is prioritised by risk, so a non-urgent booking may be moved with notice.
Access
You agree to provide safe access to the panel, the work area and any relevant outbuildings on the scheduled date.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing beforehand. Deposits may be required for materials on larger projects.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for the period stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment. Warranty does not cover damage caused by others, storm damage, or modifications made after we leave.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can. Cancellation inside the booked window may attract a call-out charge where a crew has already travelled.
